SERVICES
LIBRARY CARDS – Cards are given to anyone five years of age or older. A parent signature is required for children under 16. Adults must provide picture ID with current address.
COMPUTERS – The Rose Free Library offers free access to the Internet, with computers for public use as well as WIFI for patrons with laptops or other devices.
FAX – Fax machine is available to send or receive for $.50/page. Fax # is 315-587-2335.
COPIER – $.25 per b/w copy
HOLDS – Materials can be placed on reserve by asking a staff member or by visiting www.owwl.org.
When materials become available, patron will be called or emailed.
BOOK DROP – A book drop is available in the front of the library for returns when the library is closed
